HOW TO JOIN ADIDAS RUNNERS

Joining and running with adidas Runners is free and super easy. Just download the adidas Running app, search for "adidas Runners Milan o Roma" in the "Community" section of the app and sign up for scheduled workouts. All workouts are open to everyone and divided by levels from begninner to pro.
