Flying Girls Milano Academy

Every adventure starts with a dream and every dream starts with a step...in this case running. The Flying Girls Academy project was born from coach Najla's idea to bring as many people as possible closer to the world of running, demonstrating how every day is the best day to start running, regardless of season, location, gender and age.
Najla, already captain of the Flying Girls project of Nike, decides to evolve the initial idea independently, creating a group of girls like many who wanted to get involved, keep fit and train together in Milan.
Thus began our journey, made up of workouts in the park, laughter, and slowly friendship. We are an open group, anyone can train together with us, and we are always happy to welcome and cheerfully involve
new people.
Running is also a team sport and we are waiting for you!
